Enchanting Villa set in Noto's countryside, close to Vendicari Natural Reserve

The villa is set in a wonderful position on a little hill at the edge of the Vendicari Natural Oasis. It is surrounded by a two hectars of land, on different levels. The view is charming: in front, the sea and the Oasis with the ancient Tonnara; all around the villa Noto’s green countryside with olive and carub trees.
The villa is slightly more than a mile from the white and sandy Vendicari Oasis’ beach; nearby there are also many other sandy beaches. Some stunning and more wild as Calamosche and Eloro, others with full facilities also for kids’ needs, as Agua in S. Lorenzo.


The villa developes on 250mq, on two levels, and it’s ideal for group of friends, couples, or families travelling together.
On the ground floor: a wide living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas overlooking a terrace. A big and well equipped kitchen that opens up on the outside; a bedroom with 4 beds ideal for kids and another room that may be used as a living room or bedroom.
On the first floor: three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), all facing enchanting terraces with great views.

Apart from 3 bathrooms with wide showers, the house offers also two external showers

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning; Web TV, washing machine, fridge with freezer, hairdryer, flat iron, parking area in the garden and alarm system.
