"One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Really cool place with amazing private amenities. Stayed here since it was close to a concert venue. Did not disappoint. The breakfast is a smaller kaiseki style meal. More traditional, may not suit everyone’s taste. But room service meals were also really good! Wanted something smaller to eat as late dinner. Would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to be in the area."

"Beware of this place. I booked it because of the price and because it offered free parking. There was 6 parkings which had already been filled up and I had to go park like 5 minutes away and pay 500yen. Then I walked into the room and there was 2 small stains on the comforter, I moved it away to check out the mattress and to my dismay there was a whole pool of dried blood on the comforter as well as a handprint in blood! I went to the front desk and they just looked shocked and refused to give...

"My experience at HOTEL LiVEMAX Nagoya was very positive overall. I didn’t have any major issues during my stay, aside from the room having a noticeable cigarette smoke smell, which was probably the biggest downside. The amenities were great, and I especially appreciated having a separate shower and toilet with more privacy. The beds were comfortable, and I loved how independent the whole stay felt. Having a washing machine in the room was incredibly convenient, and the inexpensive dryers available near the front made doing laundry while traveling very easy. One small improvement would be keeping the vending machines better stocked, as several options were unavailable during my stay. Overall, this hotel was comfortable, practical, and well-equipped for travelers who appreciate having more independence during their stay. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a longer trip where having convenient laundry facilities and good amenities makes a big difference."

"Love love love this place! My mum and I stayed for 5 nights and wished we can stay another week. The room is very comfortable and clean. Spacious for Japanese standards. The in-room washing machine is great and so convenient . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to organise my luggage delivery to the next city as well. Thanks! The hotel is just a stroll from Osu shopping street which we loved. Not very near to the subway but still walkable. Planning to visit again next year!"

"We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and it’s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally you’d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered breakfast to our door every morning which is a nice treat before adventures. I personally would only get a suite room here for the extreme value and experience. It’s spacious and clean. The beds are extremely firm, though, so beware if that’s not your preference. All in all, we will stay here again. As long as you’re okay with Ubers and being away from a lot of big locations (Legoland, etc)."
