"the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "

"It was a little hard to get in touch with the property owner at first, but once we were able to get in contact and get his WhatsApp number everything went smoothly! The apartment was nice and exactly what we needed for the couple of days that we were in the area. Thank you very much! Recommendation, please put WhatsApp number on Orbitz for easier access"

"My first time on a hotel condo, after driving 6 hours, guard at front desk unaware of voucher, called the number given and she talked to him and agreed. Then guard wont allow us to park outside open parking and threatened us of being towed. Yet many are parked overnight. Bed mattress and bedsheets stained overused I had to borrow from relatives nearby even pillow case. The only positive is view is panoramic."

"My wife and I have stayed at several properties located here and run by other landlords most were simply terrible. A few were just adequate. What a pleasant surprise to find this unit. Walking in we found it to be very clean and bug free!!! Which is rare at anyplace we have traveled. The first thing I noticed was an induction cooktop in the kithchen, multiple towels, including wash cloths. They were not all old like what is usually given to us at rentals. The bath and shower are clean not full...

"The property is good clean, and relatively spacious. Being on the taller side I hit my head on the chandelier a few times but that’s fine it wasn’t designed for foreigners it was designed for locals."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I had a very early check in and there was no problem obtaining the key. The building has security 24 hours a day which gave me a good sense of security. Located with a 5 minute walk to the train station. And 10 minute walk to the mall. Plenty of great restaurant choices. I would rent again on my next trip to Manila! Keith B."
