"Was very comfortable. Nice area. Would recommend for someone that wants to relax. Only drawback is owner lives upstairs, so you do hear walking around and a little noise from upstairs. But overall it is worth it for a nice stay."

"Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!"

The house and grounds are absolutely beautifully decorated. The nautical theme fits in perfectly with the history of the house and the town. The lady who slept downstairs said the bed made squeaks whenever she moved,...

"We spent a long weekend here and had a great time. The house had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated. The room with trundle bed was perfect for kids. Owners were friendly and accommodating. The best part was the location close to town. It was really nice being able to walk and not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay to enjoy all that Mystic has to offer. We will be back!"

"We chose this spectacular property for our wedding that only included seven members of our family for it's charm and access to downtown Mystic. Lynn and Skip could not have been nicer or more helpful in their hospitality and recommendations. The kitchen was both beautiful and functional, the dining area fit us perfectly, and the expansive patio was an amazing spot for our ceremony and relaxing by the firepit on the following night surrounded by flowers and a bubbling fountain.
