"Gotta give a shout out to the staff first. I requested extra pillows ahead of time and when we arrived to check in, they were already there. Later, when I mentioned my husband's bad back and said that we would appreciate (if possible) an extra mattress pad, they were extremely helpful and accommodating with what they had. Ended up just using an extra comforter on the bed for him and we had the best night's sleep. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly, going above and beyond with making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The next day, a different petson at reception asked if the comforter was adequate or if we still would like a mattress pad, picking up from the nuts if the last person in the system. The gym was really nice, small but well equipped and maintained. Breakfasts were beautiful, everything was fresh with a good variety. I certainly missed that breakfast when we had to check out at 2:45AM for our flight, but the reception staff was as pleasant as always. We'll consider this hotel chain when we come back to Norway for sure. "

"Do not stay here if you have children. Children are clearly not welcome and they make that clear. Although the rules say “no children in the pool after 7:00 pm” you should expect the staff to come down at least one or two times while you are in the pool to make you feel unwelcome. Though all the kids including ours were respectful the stated policy is “this is a gym and relax pool” clearly not intended for children. Also expect repeated glares from breakfast and lobby staff. They are more than happy to have loud drunks around but not children. If you are traveling with kids I highly recommend seeking different accommodations."

"Kitchen was Ok. It would be good with a smaller caseroll also. Plus a meassuring tool (dl, msk, tsk,krm). 2 smaller plates could also be usefull. Microwave own could also be good to have. My room missed bedroom lamps. Storage facility on departure date would be nice if that was without extra cost. Overall ok though."

"No complaints about the hotel. Clean comfortable and helpful staff. My only gripe was the location, not very central. The transport links into central Oslo was easy, the metro straight into the center which was 5 mins walk from hotel "

"Amazing location. Wasn't aware there's free washing machine facility that was super convenient. Very helpful staff. Dining options are limited with one option to dine at the hotel, or take away from pizzeria about 10mins walk / Pick up from kiwi store. Also found another takeaway away at Osthorn for one of the nights, pizzeria was not open during our stay."

"Staff were friendly but that was the end of it. No showwr gel, I was notified about house keeping only after when you leave."
