"Very nice location - in a wealthy enclave. Excellent footpath along a canal takes you most of the way into Lincoln (3-4 mile walk). Great pub, decent food. If you want up market restaurants, there are a few within a 5 minute walk in the neighboring area. Quite area, nice and clean."

"I stayed for two nights the caravan was spotlessly clean as was the caravan site..you could park outside your caravan also. it was quiet and peacefull where I was.. lots to do for the children I didn’t use the restaurants and bars but seemed plenty of choice.."

"We stayed there following a nearby wedding. the room was clean and tidy on arrival, well stocked with tea/coffee/biscuits and bathroom products. Breakfast the following day was an excellent full english. Staff very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay there again"

"Friendly staff, good pub attached with good food. Breakfast was tasty but did take a while to arrive (30mins). Room was clean, but tired and in need of some repairs (bathroom doorframe and main light fittings). Good place for an overnight stop."
