"The duplex is a little out dated, but very comfortable, and had more than enough amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed very safe. We played catch outside several times, I even layed in the front yard our last night just relaxing and looking at the stars. My van doesn't lock and had absolutely no issues with parking on the street. My husband and son loved the work-out area in the basement.
