"We were in Cabin 8 which was an amazing little cabin tucked away with its own private dock and we could launch our kayaks super easy! Gail and Cliff were amazing hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again. "

"Our family of 6 (kids ages 3-18) had a wonderful stay at the Citadel. The owner, Grahame, answered all of our questions and was more than accommodating during our stay. The Citadel is tucked away down a short gravel road and the view can’t be beat. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee is a must. We went to Nestor Falls to fish, so we took our boat the short 7 min drive to Lake of the Woods for some great walleye and Northern fishing, and ended each day at the Citadel. Our kids LOVED the...

"Robert was very accommodating of our stay at his beautiful property about 25 minutes outside of kenora. The walk into the property from the parking is a little rough, but Robert helped make it easier by trucking our things in for us on his off-road vehicle. Beautiful clean water, a fantastic property, and a great weekend"

Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Our favorite part, however, was the location: Rainy Lake on your doorstep, a great beach, and the enchanting Northern Bush all around.
