"When we drove into the neighborhood I was a bit troubled. The area looked run down and if in a major city I would have been more than troubled. Then we came to the hotel which was not what I expected in the neighborhood. It was clean, extremely well kept, fantastic staff who were friendly and helpful night and morning. The pool and hot tub were clean and the pool area was pleasant. On a 14 day road trip this is probably the most surprising and pleasant stop we made. The Chinese restaraunt nearby was fabulous"

"Your hotel rooms seem to be much cleaner than the last time we stayed (which was several years ago). We were pleased with the improvements made to the rooms. The bed mattresses are too firm for my liking; however, that is just one person's opinion"
