"Continental breakfast was only bagels, coffee, and juice. I feel this was misleading as I would have made a selection with better breakfast options. Pool was fun for the kids. Staff were helpful. Tons of construction in the area made it difficult at times to get in and out. It is very close to six flags which is probably the best feature. "

"I really appreciate the warm, welcoming environment of Sonesta suites. I like the decor. It feels homey. I loved our room with the extra bedroom for our daughter. Felt like an apartment more than a hotel room. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Nice courtyard and pool area. Special bonus, a mama cat and kittens visited us when we were having breakfast on the patio. Breakfast was adequate, I noticed a lack of fresh fruit and no half-and-half for the coffee. "First they could not find my reservation 2nd they charge $250 deposit and only refund $230.. 3rd they also change $75 per fee 4th the hallways smell a lot like cigarettes. 5th there was dog pee all over 6th there was crumbs all over the stained couch. 7th the table was sticky and also had crumbs. 8th the toilet clogged with only toilet paper. 9th front desk doesn’t answer the phone. 10th everything is outdated! "
