"We were staying on the first floor so our room seemed to smell like smoke due to smokers walking in from the outside."

"we were there 3 nights. Room did not get cleaned. we asked why and they said it gets cleaned every other day. we asked for more towels. The day it it should of been cleaned - they gave us towels but did not bother making the beds. It was a very strange set up that we have never experienced before in all of our travels"

"Small 2 bedroom cabin was clean and had a fabulous location on the Rainy River with pelicans to entertain you with morning coffee. Queen Bed was rather soft, bathroom extremely small and shower stall felt unstable. Unit is definitely not accessible, though listed as such (especially the bathroom). No flat access/path to door or handrails. I would stay again, but choose a different unit."
