"Overall the home did its job, however there were several small issue that added up. When we arrived none of the garbage cans had bags in them, we had to search the house for bags and eventually found 1 small roll of bags. Also, when we arrived, there were linens inside of the dryer and soaking wet linens in the washing machine. We used several spin cycles to get the linens dry enough to put in the dryer but we couldnt use the washer during our trip becuase it was in poor condition and left things very wet. An appology was offered. It was also very hot during our stay, we had the air conditioning on while out for the day and came home to a house that was 85 degrees when we got back. The A/C was frozen and no air flowing. It turns out the furnace filter was very dirty and giving poor air exchange. I swapped the filter but we had to wait for the coil to de-ice so it was very hot all afternoon and through the night, again, an appolgy was offered. The last thing I consider a no fault item but its worth mentioing woth the other issues. I originally planned on bringing 2 dogs and had it approved by the host, I did pay extra to have the dogs in the home. I ended up keeping my dogs at home with a dog sitter and didnt bring them. I let the host know but they did not offer any refund of the extra fees, I didnt expect it but after the other issues I felt a good host would have offered some compensation "

"We needed a place to recharge each evening and this place fit the bill. Enough space to spread out and quiet for a restful evening.Convenient to Starbucks, CVS, resturants a plus!"

"We were a group of 7 ladies, all family, staying for the Capitol Jazz Festival. The home was AMAZING and beautiful. Very clean and surprisingly well equipped with all the kitchen needs you could every require. It is very rare that you find a home so well prepared and welcoming. Magnificent stay, we look forward to returning. I hope you got our handwriting thank you note, signed by all."

"House and outside area are spacious, clean and well-equipped. Location worked great for us. Owners communicated well about getting in, etc. Definitely a 5 star stay. "

"I stayed with my family for three nights. The place was very nice, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was perfect for a family gathering. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well-equipped. What I didn't like was that the lights throughout the house were very dim. I prefer bright lights. My family and I had a great stay at this house. I highly recommend it."

"We rented this property for our a small gathering and sleepover for our daughter and her friends to celebrate her Sweet 16. The property was perfect - immaculate with multiple entertaining spaces for games, movies, karaoke, as well as a fire pit (which was a big hit). All of the beds were comfortable; amenities and supplies were ample, and bedrooms were spacious enough for sharing. Communication with Emile in preparation for our trip was top notch. He was extraordinarily responsive (even when I accidentally flipped a breaker (lol)), kind, and considerate. He even left an unexpected surprise for my daughter’s celebration when we checked in. I couldn’t recommend this property more - we didn’t want to leave! If you’re considering it, it’s worth the cost. "
