"Staff was beyond friendly and super accommodating. I will say though the location was under construction, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear them fixing and moving furniture very early upstairs. And the whole hotel looked like it was getting renovations. AC units are extremely loud. I think if the hotel offered discounts during this time it would get a better rating from me since the staff were very nice!"

"El baño ni fue debidamente aseado. El excusado se veía manchado. No había acondicionador desde el primer día y no resurtieron. Ni repusieron los vasos del area de café tampoco y en la máquina del pasillo no había hielo. La iluminación es algo deficiente ya que sólo hay spots y lámparas, de día basta con abrir la persiana pero de noche pues no. En el desayuno el huevo fue igual los dos días pero sí había otras opciones sólo que todo dulce. Las camas bien, el café bien, el clima bien, el...
