"I cannot say enough good things about The Finch. This hotel is a real gem and such a breath of fresh air compared to traditional hotels. The property itself is amazing - modern, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring downtown. The staff was incredibly welcoming and genuinely caring, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be visiting again!"

But could have been nicer. Felt very generic. Also the hotel does not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I’m nitpicking, but for price could be a tad bit better."

"The place is understaffed (not too friendly at the front counter) and in need of a complete renovation. The housekeeping staff is doing all they can, but every wall and every tile needs replaced/painted. The rooms are clean, but gross - hard to describe. We won’t ever be back."

"We checked in during a very busy college graduation weekend in Walla Walla and very few options. Joe made the suite available to us at the price that we paid for a single room because he had no other rooms. It was very gracious of him. The room was clean and basic and spacious it served our needs just fine. This place is a dated motel with perfectly functional beds and showers. We did not have time to check out the large screen TV in our room and the air-conditioning works just fine."
