"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Heights House Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. What I loved most was seeing a beautiful Amy Winehouse mural painted on one of the walls. As a fan, it was such a unique and memorable detail that made my stay even more special. Another highlight was the coffee, it was honestly some of the best hotel coffee I’ve had. It was the perfect way to start each morning. The hotel has great character, thoughtful details, and a welcoming vibe that made the experience truly memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. -Stefanie G.-"

"This isn't a place for quick stays. Most of the people they lived there and it showed. Grounds were nasty. Drugs were being done outside of rooms. Weird people roaming all night. My room didn't have a TV nor dis the lock work on the door. I set up all night watching the door. No one wanted to help. Housekeeping finally had maintenance come fix the issue on the 3rd day"

"My stay at Houston Marriott North was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. My room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location and the quality of the hotel's amenities. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Houston area."

"This is not a safe place for female travelers. The house keeping manager (a man) kept coming in the room unannounced, without knocking, and seemed to be trying to steal. He was aggressive and walked in on us while we were changing. Do not stay here if you’re a woman. Additionally, the room was dirty and the garbage was full of soiled pads. The fridge had old food in it- just utterly disgusting."
