"We have stayed at this property a few times when coming to Fairmont to visit family. Every time has been a wonderful stay. We have 3 young kids and it is a great place to stay with kids. There have been zero issues and we will continue to book here when we come to town!"

"We called several times to check on our room and no one answered the phone. Got there. Doors locked, nite phone available, but no one answered. I called the main line again. I was told they had several walk ins, so they didnt have a room for us. I pre paid!"
