The rooms are older but overall, the hotel seemed clean and the staff was courteous. We could hear noise coming from neighbors fairly late but nothing worth a complaint.

Charming cottage with shared beachfront on Grand Traverse Bay near Northport.
We had an excellent stay. The beachfront area is super private and provided great a shallow entrance with calm waters for the kid. Inhabit A Hobbit House!
I couldn't have asked for a more cozy, comfortable place to stay. Also our host had everything setup for entertainment along with a view that is amazing. I would re-book in a heartbeat.

The Dexter by Kasa
parking was easy. communications with staff were good but it would take a while to connect to someone via phone and we didn't receive an automated email with access info that we should have received. very comfortable beds and clean unit. not enough hot water.
