"Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The safe didn’t work. I reported it to the desk and it was fixed by that evening. Staff was very friendly and professional. We loved the location. I thought parking was included with our stay so was disappointed when we found out that was on top of the room fee. To be fair it may have just been my naivety to think that."

"They offered us 1 free drink each at the bar. Room was nice and clean. Staff were excellent. Didn’t get there breakfast or anything other food.so I can’t tell you how they food is. But I bet it good. Parking we had to pay for parking which we understand that part. So we parked across the street that night then that morning. we moved the car on side of the hotel and we payed for that too. But overall we will stay again☺️. "

"A beautiful historic hotel beautiful restored. The room was comfortable and spacious. While the bathroom was small there was plenty of surface space which can sometimes be overlooked in hotel rooms. There is a fantastic restaurant, Toulouse, across the street the offers brunch and late night dining even on week days. The absolute best part though was the wonderful, friendly staff. The gentleman who works as doorman, valet, bell hop was a throwback to a time of gentile hospitality that really completed the historic vibes. I’d go again just for him!"

"To Marriott Customer Care, I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding my recent stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Seattle, Washington. I am a Marriott Gold member and the experience I had — and that my family was subjected to — was completely unacceptable. Three issues occurred during this stay: 1. CHECK-IN POLICY: I was denied check-in past 11 PM, an unusually early cutoff that required my sister to place her card on file as a workaround. 2. BILLING ERROR: Upon checkout, charges were incorrectly split between cards. The full balance was supposed to be charged to my card. This was a hotel-side error. 3. MANAGER MISCONDUCT: When my sister attempted to resolve the billing issue within ten minutes of checkout, the night manager was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly referred to me as 'some man' despite being clearly told I was her brother. When her fiancé joined the conversation to help, the manager continued to be disrespectful and showed no willingness to correct what is a routine billing adjustment. As a loyal Bonvoy member who has consistently chosen Marriott because I genuinely love the experience your properties provide, I am deeply and personally disappointed by the way myself and my family were treated during this stay. This was not a minor inconvenience — this was a failure at every level of service, from check-in to checkout to how your staff spoke about and to my family members. "Our room was excellent clean, comfortable and great for the price we absolutely stay here again. we did have some trouble with knowing checking in and parking. you have to park in the front which only accommodates 2 cars at a time but other than that amazing "

"Clean rooms, they have windows that actually open to get fresh air. Very helpful and convenient to have breakfast and to have it until 10am. It saved us a lot on time and food, especially traveling with kids. Staff was decent. The garbage at breakfast was getting full, so I had politely let the girl at the front know so that she can get it changed out so the rest of the guest can throw away their trash. She looked at me like it wasn’t her problem and said “I’ll talk to them about it” and brushed me off. Thought that was rude of her, when she could have politely just said she would see that someone knew about it. Other than that everything was a hit! Especially the walking distance to the space needle! "
