Some issues with property maintenance, with the room window not closing properly letting in street noise at night. The service in the restaurant on the top floor is a bit of a disaster, being extremely slow and missing most of the menu items."

"A bit of style over substance. The staff were lovely. However, gratuities are added to the final bill, along with late check-out charges, giving the impression that the hotel is trying to squeeze every dime out of the customer. Food and the attached Japanese restaurant are very good."
