"Lovely hotel! Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in D.C. visiting our son. The hotel and the room were wonderful, but one little problem was that the hair dryer didn't work and I didn't have time to wait around for a new one to be found (I waited a little while, but I didn't know how long I'd have to wait), so I had to leave the hotel with wet hair the first morning :( Not too happy about that.
Other than that, everything was great. The hotel is so clean, well maintained, and runs so well. The parking was very convenient and reasonable for the D.C. area. The coffee shop was very convenient since we didn't want to sit down to a full breakfast in the dining room, although the dining room and the menu looked very nice. We will keep the Westin in mind for the next visit to D.C."
