"The false fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The next morning there were no hot water, good there was a breakfast!"

"We stayed 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft. The fridge worked well. The shower was nice and the water was very hot. The breakfast buffet was quite nice - make your own waffles, yogurt, and coffee were all good. So all the important things were excellent. The only negatives were there was visible water damage/old repairs in places on the ceiling and no fan or nightlight in the bathroom."

"We checked in later in the day. Closer to bedtime after a long drive. We were only rating one night. Checked into the rooms (requested joining rooms). The 2nd room my wife and 3 of the kids were sleeping in smelt like smoke. We booked 2 non smoking rooms. My wife has Adam and so does my youngest daughter. No other room close to us was available so we made it work by switching since I also had 2 kids sleeping I. The room with me. We are a family of 7. I was very disappointed. When reported it I was told it would be investigated. There is a smoking station/ashtray for smokers literally less than 6 feet from the entrance of the non smoking rooms We will not be staying there again!"

"Need microwave in the room"

"I absolutely loved this hotel! The bar staff was amazing (for the most part). Coming off the highway and trying to park for valet is a bit tricky depending on what time you get there though. I didn’t try breakfast but the pizza from the on site restaurant was really good. I’m already thinking of booking again for my birthday in June. "

"They started to charge me the overnight parking for $12, which is not mentioned during booking"

"The room was barely clean, an old chicken nugget was on the floor by the lamp in the corner. We told there was a microwave in our room; there wasn’t."
