"This facility has a large cafe attached and not a marked entrance to the hotel. I walked through the cafe patio and inside cafe, back to the parking lot and then was going through the outdoor cafe again when i saw someone go into a door, so i tried that also. There is not a front desk, just one person sitting at a desk with a laptop. They were there in the morning and evening but a lot of the time noone was there. "The APT suites @ alexandria/belvoir are great!-your home away from home! Nice & roomy with 2 TVs(bedroom & living)..Very clean & fresh feeling! The staff was wonderful & went out of their way to help out & get things done! Now, for the water problems - the bathroom sink had no hot water & no pressure to shave/brush teeth etc & the toilet was installed crooked & not stable(toilet was loose & wobbled every time you got up. Also, the bathtub is very high on the side(hard to get in) & desperately...
