"Definitely budget friendly. No elevators so you have to walk upstairs to 2nd floor. Also, you drag your bags on sidewalk right outside of people's doors and that is really loud. We arrived super later at 11pm and I probably woke-up everyone on the first floor as I rolled my bag. It was a place to sleep but for an extra $20 I'd rather stay at a nicer place."

"Decent location. Close to the metro park and ride. About a 40 min metro ride to DC monuments and tourist stuff. Lots of food options close by. Free parking."

"The reviews were strong and the price was great but this place needs a major update. Furniture is severely worn and bathroom needs a renovation. Also, is the neighborhood that bad you need to keep the front door locked during the daytime? And you need your key card to use the elevator? It wasn’t worth the savings."
