"Staff in restaurant were great and the food in the evening was very good, we returned Staff on reception varied, one was not helpful when we queried the restaurant closing time vs kitchen closing for orders which we had not been told about A notice is now available, but she seemed to think that telling us that is a world wide approach and we were uninformed was a good way of handling the situation Room was very good. "Good location to access the city. The breakfast was excellent good choice and fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly. Disappointed that there was little prior notification of the refurbishment work going on. The jack hammer noise during the day reverberated throughout the hotel, with no offer of any compensation to the guests"

"Very nice outdoor pool, unfortunately one time we were using the pool, three young punks were hanging out vaping, drinking, cursing and playing very loud obnoxious music. We left after a short dip."

"Whole Hotel currently being refurbed but had a room that had been refurbed and was very nice. Live music from until 10pm but didn’t mind. Laundry facilities available were good and the restaurant had a good choice Lukas was friendly / helpful and moved me to another room as the original room smelt a bit damp. Joy was friendly and gave me a late checkout until 11am as I had an apoitment in the CBD Overall, nice stay and highly recommend Will be even better once the refurb is complete "
