Upon review they had not sent a check-in location nor was there a mention of a deposit after paying, months in advance. Water in showers never got warmer than tepid. Amazing stay, enjoyed overall. "We have stayed down in Rocky Point a lot. This was by far one of my most favorite Villas. The villa was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was stalked with everything you may need to make a meal. The communication between the Host and I was terrific. Will definitely book this Villa again"

"Check in is between 4 and 5 pm. If you arrive after 5 it is a 20 dollar extortion fee. Property was clean but run down. Only three forks and 1 spoon in cutlery drawer. No detergent. Hot tub was cold."

"Good location, older property. Comfortable beds however, both master showers had horrible water pressure, couldn’t wash our hair! Thankfully the hall shower was great. Everyone just took turns using the one shower, which was very frustrating when trying to get ready to leave for dinner. "
