"We request our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. The pool was cold. The restaurant was really nice. Overall great atmosphere. We requested extra towels and coffee to the room which they brought. There were no towels available at the pool. Great location. Clean and cozy hotel. Overall really good."

"Be careful with the locks on the doors and make sure the doors pulled completely closed. Accidentally walked in to the wrong room and I’ve noticed that the locks need to be double checked. I like the full fridge. I’d like the two burner stove, but you need to either buy or bring your own utensils to cook with and eat on. "Did not end up staying. The description for the hotel states wheelchair and van parking. Upon arrival there was no where to park a van and trailer. Nothing was specified about there not being parking for oversized vehicles. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all, and even though there was a sign on the wall that stated that there was a manager on site. The manager was not there. When the front desk clerk tried to call the manager about the problem, the manager did not answer. Then the clerk...

"The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...
