"A joy to celebrate my husband's special birthday here. We enjoyed 3 nights of wonderful care and help from a brilliant, attentive reception team, especially Sara and Richard. Nikolai was so kind driving us to places to eat in the village in the evening. A special shout out for the young barman, whose name I didnt get, whose English is exceptional. The hotel is ideally placed for the village, the island and the Unesco Sacro Monte. The Couples Symposium in the Wellness Suite was a real treat....

"This is superbly. situated property, right at the side of Lake Orta. A very peaceful setting, with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. The staff are very friendly and attentive, they helped to make our stay very pleasant indeed. Parking is available, which is very useful in this small town. The room was comfortable, but could use some homely touches-pictures on the wall or example. It felt a little bare, but this wasn't a great deal. The lady servicing the room was excellent.
