"Lovely boutique room, so close to the centre of the old town, and easy walk from the station (10 minutes and this with luggage on wheels). Breakfast 8-10, well presented, nice breakfast in charming room. Our host, Anna, was terrific- easy check in, had already advised on best way for us to get from Domodossola to Milan/Malpensa airport when departing so we had out bus tickets booked and so easy transfer to the airport (bus from station, direct), and she provided all assistance requested. As we needed to leave early, she provided early breakfast, and then offered to drive us to the station- we didn’t need this but lovely offer. Domodossola a remarkable little town, Saturday markets take over the town, and bars, restaurants buzzing. We had great meals and wines, and the stay at NicoMat made it all so accessible with great host. And the train from Locarno to Domodossola a must!"

"It is very good hotel, exellent for the price. Beautiful view from the balcony, walkable distance to Orta San Julio, 40 min drive to Lago Maggiori. The room was clean and big, the restaurant is very good. I only should mention that in our room the Internet connection was very weak."

"Can Not give a review of the hotel due to the fact they stole my money and left me with no place to stay Beware! If your booking, one i do not recommend doing it thru Orbitz as the do not care or stand behind what they are selling and Two do not waste your money on the travel insurance as it also does nothing just a extra charge/scam i booked my trip on November 5th for the dates 12/23/23 thru 12/30/23 i did not realize while booking that the Hotel policy is that you must be Fully Vaccinated in order to stay with them until after the booking was made i filed a claim with orbitz on the 11th of November stating what happened and after they had talked to the Hotel both of them had decided to not issue a refund i then filed a claim with the travel insurance and also got the same results its now the 30th of December and i did not stay with them for obvious reasons and have to now eat the $1000 that they stole from me Merry Christmas to me "

"Great place to completely disconnect and relax. The room was clean and with all the necessary amenities to make for a memorable stay. The agriturismo has a relax area with sauna, jacuzzi, hay, firepit, lots of chaise longues to enjoy the sun. Breakfast is diverse and tasty, homemade products with vegan or gluten free options. The ladies of the staff were all very friendly and accomodating, ready to answer any questions and give indications of good restaurants and places to visit. The property is a little farther from the city center, but using the walking paths you can get down in the city within 20min. Or driving within 5-10 min. Really enjoyed our stay here. The only downsize is, if you have a very light sleep, you might get bothered a couple of times during the night by the trains passing behind. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!"
