"The front desk staff by the name of Ms.Cindy is very helpful. I actually booked via online for my daughter and her friend. I made an oversease call to the property to ensure the booking and she her customer service is good. The room is spacious and clean. MY daughter had a restful sleep during her stay. "I booked this property for my aunt's birthday celebration. Per my aunt, she had a comfortable stay at this property. The hotel surroundings was quaint and relaxing. The family room that she stayed at was nice and clean. The hotel also provided bali style breakfast by the pool. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended."

"DONT EVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL ITS A TOTALLY SCAM . WE BOOKED FOR 20 PERSONS AND WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE DESK TOLD US ONLY 1 NIGHT AND FOR 6 PERSONS ONLY THE WEBSITE WAS NOT UPDATED ! HELLO NOY OUR FAULT IF YOU DID NOT UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE WHAT WE BOOKED. THEY WERE ASKING FOR MONEY 400 PERSON ADDITIONAL SERIOUSLY? AND THEN ASKING TO SIGN A WAIVER THAT WE WONT REPORT THEM OR COMPLAIN! HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT EVER WAIST YOUR TIME TO THIS PLACE ! TOTALLY SCAM!"

"The hotel is new built and convenient to walk around near by restaurants. Although they do not have their own parking garage and have to park in a gas station property which probably they have rented. Overall is a nice hitel. Also i was disappointed that thier iwn restaurants was closed on our checked in dates."
