"We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. "I enjoyed this stay at Galt House. The location is convenient, the rooms are nice, there are good restaurants onsite and close by. I will point out a couple of things that I did not like as much, but will note that these are minor and that I do plan on staying there again soon. The $30 a night parking feels a bit excessive. Also, as the hotel is next to a convention center and sports stadiums, it changes the atmosphere as the hotel become very busy. The staff gets overwhelmed, there are lines for everything, and it is just loud. I recommend going to Galt House when there are not conventions or sporting events, it is a much nicer experience."
