"When we first checked in we had to ask for a whole new room because ours was dirty (hair in the shower, stains on bed sheets, and smelled like weed). They won’t clean your room unless you ask them too but they fail to tell you that you have to ask for them to clean your room. We asked for extra pillows bc one traveler with us was pregnant and uncomfy asked at 10:00 P.M. and they said yes we will bring them to you in about 15 minutes…. Ok cool! They came banging on our door at 12 A.M with pillows...

"The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The floor got really wet and I wasn't provided with enough towels to dry it completely. The wet floor caused me to slip and fall. The other problem with the stay was that it was supposed to be quiet after 10:00 pm, however the staff...

"I don’t recommend this property. Very run down, dirty floors, toilet was detached and rocked, air conditioning in common areas couldn’t keep up, people sitting on benches right next to front door smoking 24:7 and it was in the lobby every time we entered. Not family friendly!"
