"The check-in was uncomplicated. The rooms are equipped with the most necessary and clean. Only the showers could have been a bit cleaner. The hostel has a good location. You can reach many sights in Akureyri by foot."

"This was a really wonderful hostel! Unlike other hostels we’ve been to there was nothing rundown about this one. The facilities were really nice and there were plenty of bathrooms with showers. We were also very grateful for laundry facilities. There were blackout curtains in the rooms, which made it possible to sleep, even with the long daylight hours. There was also a nice common area with a kitchen."

"Loved staying here. Very peaceful and quiet with great walking paths around it. It is a bit of a drive off the highway but you are rewarded at the end for sure!"
