"The shower drain cover was broken loose and there was black male-dew in the shower, floor baseboard at the head of the bed around the night stand was very dirty. I have stayed here many times and have always loved this place but this time it just didn’t seem to be as welcoming as the other times. The bar tenders at the pool side bar were awesome love them."

"The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The wifi didn’t work well on the fifth floor but we had 5G and didn’t bother with the wifi. Couldn’t find any luggage carts and ended up hand carrying everything in and out. Was very happy they had an elevator."

"Absolutely Amazing Stay! Our stay at Hyatt House Destin was amazing from beginning to end! Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and gave us exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the things I especially loved was the location. Being conveniently close to James Lee Beach Access made it so easy to enjoy the beach without having to travel far. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Hyatt House Destin again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Destin! 🏖️🌊🕶️"

"Very helpful!! When my key fob died and I couldn’t use my car to get to the store, Katie took me in the golf cart. She couldn’t more thoughtful and it saved me from having to Uber to the store and back which would cost me the little time I had to enjoy the beach. Thanks!"
