"The hotel is almost perfect. Literally my only complaint is that the omelette plate (from the omelette made-to-order bar) is too noisy with its textured surface. Staff are brilliant, room and bathroom clean and comfortable, WiFi perfect, Super Breakfast really is super plus Pokkinen parkrun on the doorstep and lots of walks including to the beach."

"We arrived pretty late and did not expect to be welcomed by the hotel's staff (we received check-in instructions in case the reception was closed). To ou surprise, they were waiting for us with a complimentary drink and a lot of friendly recommendations for dinner and activities in the area. They also changed our room for a bigger lakeside one with a great view. Our only regret was to only stay there one night."

"The hotel was very worn out and the decor old and stuffy. Balcony windows impossible to open, so you were stuck inside a hot, class cube when all you wanted was a nice sea breeze. Breakfast service was a big mess with too many people. Not a great selection either. On season prices off the chart and completely not worth it. The only reason why we stayed was because there was no other option. "

"We chose this property and drove out of our way to get to it because it advertised 4 pools and was kid friendly. The Expedia pictures even supported that. What it didn’t say was that upon our Sunday arrival, the pool and facilities would be closed at 3:30 pm (which was when we arrived) and the one and only restaurant in the area would close at 6. When I asked if there were any pools open for our kids, we were told “the lake”. Lol thanks. Real helpful. This is not a normal resort, it’s a health...
