"The room was excellent and quiet. I slept well which is a huge compliment to the hotel, as that’s rare for me. Very comfortable bed with perfect linen.
The bathroom suffers from design faults but was fine. For example, you can’t reach the bath taps, once you are lying in the bath. But the bath and shower and availability of of hot water was excellent.
The breakfast service was poor. The tea water (self-service) was lukewarm and there was no oat milk. Staff seemed overwhelmed.

"Lovely hotel lady on the front desk was great so friendly and helpful, lovely room and great night sleep… my lack of stars was post our stay I left my kindle behind on the bed, I notified the hotel as soon as I realised same day as we left and it was nowhere to be found it was brand new so I was very annoyed, I knew exactly where it was just forgot to pop it in my bag as I left and it’s gone a great find I guess but so disappointed the housekeeping didn’t hand it in.
