"I wanted to like this hotel, but unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my stay. My room was at the front of the building and had single-glazed windows, which meant I could hear almost everything happening outside. Buses idled beneath the window, people shouted in the street, and the constant noise made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. "Wouldn’t recommend. Apart from the location, the hotel"

"Took an age to check in as only one person working. Tried to go for lunch in the brasserie while we waited to check in and were told there were only two people working so there would be a delay if we wanted to eat. There were only 4 people in the restaurant, so hardly busy. Not the standard of service I would expect from a Malmaison, so a little disappointing."
