"Clean rooms. Just need more space for suitcases in family rooms. Mohamed at the concierge was excellent in helping us book a taxi with baby car seat. He went over and beyond and compared the prices from different sources and gave us to choose from that. Thank you Mohamed"

"The room was enough for what we needed, though the privacy in the toilet and shower is not very good. You can see through it. Where our room was situated the noise from the club was very loud until 3am. I know we’re in London and to be expected to a degree but for how much we paid I believe these things should be better. Having to pay £25 to leave a bag pre check in, while we walked around London was a joke."
