"Though we only stayed one night the Apex Waterloo was a delight. We arrived in the early afternoon, way before check-in but we were upgraded to a two story accommodation that was available immediately (for which we were grateful after a long flight)! "Lovely hotel, everywhere modern, clean and tidy. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Upon arrival the staff also put a surprise happy birthday message and miniature cakes in our room for my husband. I loved the finishing touches, robe, slippers & even a rubber duck. We walked from the hotel to Covent Garden which took approximately 15/20 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I found the hotel adequate, but the neighborhood was a little sketchy and dirty. The room was quite small and the bathroom room was difficult to navigate for two people. The bed was comfortable and quiet. The staff at the front desk was warm and helpful. It wouldn’t be my top choice and I probably wouldn’t go there again."
