"The hotel entrance was lovely..the walk to the room was concerning.. the hallway had DIRTY SHAG CARPET THAT WAS PEE STAINED FROM DOGS !!! .. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.. but lots of damage on the floors ( suitcases, dogs ? … it could have been cleaned up ? ) … Our room faced the road that all the deliveries were received very noisy early in the morning on the weekdays. The beds were comfortable and room was well equipped. "

"An awesome reasonably priced hotel and restaurant. Food was amazing (breakfast and dinner). The head chef even went out of her way to pick up a Schwarzwaelder Schinken for me from a local butcher a couple of towns over. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, a very pleasant experience. "This hotel is centrally located and not far from the Festspielhaus. I was welcomed upon arrival with champagne/cremant, chocolate and friendly service. I appreciated the front desk service and the help that I received when there was an issue with the wi-fi. The front desk found a solution to the problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. "

"Very nice room and very comfortable bed. Service was good too. Our booking stated free parking included, however on arrival we were informed that it was subject to availability. Luckily we got a parking slot, but could have been a big hassle and disappointment otherwise after a very long trip. Should be clear upon booking. All in all, nice stay, would book again. "
