"Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I was driving through town on a cross country trip, and the owners showed me so much kindness while booking me into one of their cabins. It was professionally cleaned, quiet, serene, beautiful, and close to everything you could want to do in Eureka Springs. If I ever come back to the area, this is the ONLY place I will consider booking. Perfection. "
