"The house was in a great neighborhood and the 4 bedrooms were great. It was plenty of room for 8 people. The kitchen could use a little updating but still works for time periods we stayed. The only complaint was lawn really needed to be mowed. Grass was extremely high in front and back yard. Host was responsive and courteous."

"I wanted a quiet place to relax and study away from my house, and this served very well. It's very close to the road to Sandia Crest with all its national forest walking trails too. Heating & cooling were easy with the mini-splits. Everything advertised is accurate."

"Our visit to Albuquerque was wonderful. Part of the reason for that was the opportunity to stay in such a clean well appointed home with easy access to everything in Albuquerque. Taryn is a amazing host. The home was very clean, comfortable bed and filled with all of the necessities one would need when away from home. We did not use the kitchen but appeared as though there were plenty utensils if we would have cooked. Really like having the garage. Very quiet neighborhood - five stars all...

Communication with owner was immediate. He is a very pleasant man. You will not go wrong here at a good value. And, no, I was not paid for this. 😊"
