Location was great for easy access to the airport and the city of Launceston. "The room was clean, the bed comfortable, however guests need to know there's no iron or ironing board, washing dishes is very awkward out of a small bowl which doesn't accommodate the dinner plates. There was a very musty smell when entering the room, and the sink push plug was broken abd the sink was full of water on arrival. "
