"We had a really pleasant first impression of the hotel. Everything was very clean, and the front desk staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful. They even let us choose which floor we preferred, which was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, too. The only real drawback was that our room backed onto the elevator shafts, so we could hear the elevators moving throughout our stay. Keeping the fan running helped cover the sound, although it was a bit loud while I was working at the desk right in front of it. We also noticed quite a bit of hallway light coming in around the door. Because of where the bed was positioned, the light shone directly into my eyes. Fortunately, placing a towel along the bottom of the door took care of it. The airport shuttle was especially convenient, and the drivers were very kind. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again—I would just ask for a room farther away from the elevators next time."

"Really my only complaint was that the room was small. No coffee maker, but there was always coffee in the lobby. We had to leave before the breakfast opened at 6 am, but the attendant brought us bagels and cream cheese to take to the airport."

"This hotel is perfectly located if you need to go to the Moda center or Memorial center. We had a few issues with our faucet, the hot tub did not have bubbles, pool is not heated, and the area around the hotel is rough. The food was excellent, the staff at the restaurant was amazing. The bar was packed on Friday for the concert. We waited and waited and eventually had to leave as we were in a time crunch. As we left the bar tender approached us and apologized and offered us free breakfast the next day. She was amazing! Our room was nice. But we felt that the hotel has slipped a bit over the years."

"Got there at 9-10 pm at night, and just went to my room which already had the lights off, and hopped in bed. I had a top bunk, but I sorta wish an option was given to have a bottom bunk, seeing as there were several that were open in my room. There's no privacy curtain for top bunks. The shared bathroom was clean. Only some minor noise with other people talking briefly, and slight snoring, but it's to be expected in a room with several people in it. I was just there for 1 night, and needed a place to lay my head, left early in the morning and stored my bag without issue. Very conveniently located for downtown events."

"Well, we found something magical when we went to this resort we thought we were in a beautiful part of Mexico. When you first drive up in the neighborhood, you will not expect this resort to be there but we were totally amazed from the minute we walked in the spa the hotel room, the staff and especially the food was amazing. Definitely a must stay."
