"We were particularly looking forward to a relaxing hot tub after we arrived at the hotel. If fact, we called to ask if there was a hot tub because it didn't seem to list it on the website. Yes, we were told! Got there; Yes, there was a hot tub but the bubbler-motor of the tub wasn't working. Disappointing that it wasn't working & disappointing that we weren't told when we called."

"I wish we had known there was going to be aton of children at the hotel. We were unable to use the pool or hot tub because it was completely taken over with noise and kids."

"Hotel is in a perfect location with lots of places to shop around. They have a restaurant in the hotel, which we didn't try but it looked and smelled delicious. We only stayed one night and the room was in excellent condition. The hallways and room doors and beautiful. The front desk was very professional and courteous. Would stay in this lovely hotel again on my next visit to Galena!"

"Would definitely stay here again. Clean, friendly, professional service, very quiet, sound-proof rooms, great breakfast made to order, not a buffet (which we prefer). We stayed on a Thursday night so things were quiet. Great for business travel, couples, and families. "
