"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We are so pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of the place! For a beachfront hotel it is very reasonable especially when you figure in the great breakfast! Parking is the only thing I have any issues with. The lot is small and the larger spaces get taken quickly, so it difficult to find a place for our families' Expedition. Otherwise, no complaints!! "

"Nice room, air conditioning worked very well, everything was clean upon arrival. We stayed two days, two nights and not once did housekeeping come in and clean and provide new bath towels nor toilet paper. We had to go down to the office to ask for toilet paper. Other than that, our stay was nice. There is a Powell's Dairy Freeze next door which is a drive-in style ice cream place. Very good, and the price isn't bad, either! "The staff was super friendly and helpful. The walls were very thin, so I heard all the talking in the room next to mine. I'm not a fan of faux wood plank floors, but it appears Best Western is installing them in their rooms now. I felt I was walking on a dirty floor. When I spilled my water and cleaned it up, I was surprised how dirty the floor was. Finally, I was not happy that I had to pay $10 a night (plus taxes)for parking in the Best Western parking lot. Really?"
