"This place was great! Super clean and convenient to the main road. They also had free breakfast! I think the only suggestion I had was to maybe mark the breakfast items for vegetarians. The front desk did explain to me which ones were okay to eat but my Chinese isn’t the best. But everything else was great!"

"This is not a typical hotel but a rental suite within an apartment compound. The floor within the two-floor suite is dusty. The shower is not hot at all if you don't turn on the jacuzzi tub faucet. We complained to the counter but didn't get an answer. The parking garage is another disaster. All cars would jam inside for no sufficient space and only one way to enter and exit. The building has the elevator maintenance at the peak time for check-out. This is absolutely an idiotic decision."

"It's a budget hotel in a port city. If that's what you love then you'll know this is your place. We went to the night market every night and used the train every day to get to where we need to go in the entire Taipei metro. There is 24 hr pharmacy and convenience store right downstairs. Why pay Taipei rates when you can live in Keelung and watch people wash freshly caught fish on the sidewalk. I'm from a fishing port and this is my home. "

"Breakfast was in a separate building from the hotel which wasn’t great. Limited breakfast options. Hotel exterior was a little old and dirty, and to check into the hotel it would also be in a separate block which was confusing at first. Felt a lot more like a hostel but it’s acceptable for its price. "

"This is a great place in Jiufen. Nice view, next to a main street, so yes there are some stairs but considering the amount of stairs in Jiufen, this is a doable situation. There is no breakfast, just a comfortable place to stay. Views and pictures are accurate. "

"Although a little hard to drive through narrow streets to get to the parking lot, the host offered us warm help to do so. Extremely nice place to stay, clean, quiet, close to Jiufeng Old Street. We recommend to stay here if you are going to tour around this area."

"【優點】礁溪湯圍溝公園這一帶的溫泉旅宿競爭激烈，比起其他家，偶浴比較突出的優點是有附免費停車場。 【缺點】房間的格局有點奇怪，只有一個窄窄的區域可以坐下來看電視，客廳的化妝鏡另有隔層，所以擦保養品時還要彎腰閃隔板；最後一點是希望工作人員離開櫃檯時可以隨身攜帶手機，避免住客抵達後被關在門外，打電話也無人接聽。"

"Great place to stay. Neat, clean, comfortable, spacious and friendly, helpful housekeeper / manager. Breakfast was tastefully provided. Bicycles available for use to nearby beach and town centre. Wished we had booked more days!"

"Due to the rain, the whole place was humid and moving around more inconvenient than usual. As vehicle was unable to stop in front of the building, carrying the luggage in the wet weather up and down the slope was quite a hassle. The owner surprised us with a guided presentation of his kite collection. It was an interesting and engaging session which I truly enjoyed. Overall the place is quiet and clean and very near to the old street"
