"This property was extremely comfortable, clean and roomy. We were in College Station to celebrate our granddaughter's graduation from medical school and this location was convenient for family to gather. The three bedrooms were large, wonderful dining areas, both inside and outside, and kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with necessities. The separate game room and outside activities' areas were great. We would absolutely stay again."

"Pros: great location for a College Station stay, near the highway and University Dr., close to restaurants, and Texas A&M, the place was clean Cons: Check out is at 10 am, an unfavorable time to check out compared to the majority of hotels and short term rentals, if you want a later check out you will be charged $30, the dryer did not work, was not able to use that during our stay, the bathroom that was not attached to the bedroom had standing water in the tub while you were taking a shower"

We rented the cottage along with the 4BD house to have enough space for family from 3 generations & 3 States to converge & celebrate one member receiving their MD+PhD. This was our 2nd time to rent the 4BD house - liked it so much we rented again, & this time rented also rented the 1BD cottage. For those of you who regularly rent, you will know how wonderful & rare it is to be able to state that of 4 toilets & 3 showers, every single one...

"Clean, comfortable, nicely ecorated, close to campus. My only complaint wuld be that maybe they could have some Keurig coffee and creamers compimentary. All other places that i have VBROed or hotels do this. Otherwise was very nice and would stay there again."

"We stayed here with my brother and family (4 adults and 7 kids). The space worked really well for us. The game room is an added bonus when traveling with kids and the TV are provided the perfect gaming space. It would help if there were a few extra blankets as each bed only has one thin blanket and some within our party were cold/missed the weight of a real comforter. Additionally, the fridge could use a deep cleaning! Overall though, the house worked well and was as advertised!"

"We were in town for an event at the Brazos County Expo Center and it was an easy 15-20 minute drive. Lots of food options. Unit was exactly as described. Clean, had everything we needed. Note: it is an upstairs unit."

"Here from Dallas to get my hair done by my daughter… place is a small space but doesn’t feel small! Loved it… only issue was code to enter was not working but host was was extremely responsive and ver kind!"

"This was the perfect house for our family with married kids and families. Four large nice bedrooms, very clean, 2 a/c units to keep everyone comfortable. The den and kitchen were nice size and open to each other allowing me to enjoy the laughter while making a few meals! Definitely recommend for the size and cost."
