"This cottage has everything! We especially enjoyed the heated bathroom floors. The kitchen had everything we needed. The ample linens and pillows were great. We will definitely look for a reason to stay in the area again, so we have an excuse to return to the cottage. "

"We stayed here 3yrs ago. Place exactly the same clean and tidy condition. Well furnished and kitchen well appointed. 2 comfortable living areas, and 2 outdoor settings. Easy access from back gate to beach only a short walk. Well fenced. Will definitely recommend and stay again."

"Absolutely no surprises here. Very roomy house, stacks of natural light, pretty unbeatable views, everything works. Quite a cool location: short bike ride to San Remo if you bring your bikes; Salt Water restaurant is fantastic and a short walk away (as is the Island Pie Shop which is worth a visit or 2); Newhaven Cove beach we unfortunately just discovered as we were leaving but also walking distance and looks great. Great place to stay and chill out, or use as a base to check out the island's...

"We had a great time at the property, very well maintained, we had been provided with pretty much everything in ample for our stay including toiletries and kitchen essentials, loved the provision of coffee pods too. Excellent communication and our request for early check in and late check out was agreed to by the property owner. Couldn’t have asked for more :)"

"The property was good overall, however there were a few issues, dirty bathers in the bathroom, broken fly screen door and although the property is listed as enclosed and dog friendly, there are significant gaps in the fence, so beware, especially if you have a smaller dog, otherwise the property is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to smiths beach "
