"Is a bit dated. Stayed on the 9th floor was told could only use one elevator to get up there. Between selected times (not known to guest) the elevator is used to take the hotels laundry down which does occupy a bit of time if you need to get going. The internet service isnt that great so ordering room service the card machine cant work so still will need to head downstairs to pay (room was fully paid already and no card was added to the system). But stayed at the hotel for the closeness to the arena which is only 5mins (if that)!"

"Always an easy stay, clean, quiet and friendly. The local area can get quite busy, but there's decent food options around and some pubs and coffee shops. Very near Westfield. the owners/management are always friendly and welcoming, and go out of their way to accommodate any requests. would stay again. "

"Modern, comfortable and friendly hotel. Couple.of minutes walk from shepherds bush market tube station and next door to Shepherds Bush Empire so perfect for a gig. Check in (sorry didnt get the ladies name) and check out (Aaron) warm, friendly and professional. Perfect for us."
