The luxury bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower upstairs while there is also a second w.c on the ground floor. The architect designed, open plan lounge and diner complete with cosy wood burner, has large sofas on which to relax and ample seating for 4/6 to dine comfortably. The modern, well equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, large fridge freezer and full size dishwasher.
The textured slate floor has effective underfloor heating which creates the perfect temperature for humans and hounds alike.
Guests can enjoy the latest in Superfast 35mb broadband with Sky Stream, which includes Sky Entertainment, Netflix and many more unmissable shows which are not on Freeview. All of this streamed in glorious HD.

The front door leads straight into the hallway with hanging space with a useful rack for outer wear and shoes. Just inside the door is the downstairs toilet/cloakroom.
Open plan living room with dining area
There is slate flooring throughout with zoned underfloor heating. Two comfy leather sofas, large TV with Sky Stream, Freeview etc for a plethora of viewing choices. Enjoy the lovely cool floors in the summer or the cosy woodburning stove on those winter evenings. The adjoining dining table and chairs offer ample, comfortable seating for 4 with plenty of room. Mood lighting provides the perfect ambience for a cosy night in or illumination to read.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is situated just off the dining area and is fully fitted with electric double oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, full size dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer as well as plenty of well planned cupboard space. From here there are French doors opening straight out onto the private, secure garden.

As you walk into the garage, the first half is devoted to everything guests may need during their stay. This is where you will find the following

Parking
There is plenty of off road parking on the large gravelled area at the front of the house with a small, neat front garden and traditional lavender planting under the front window.
Garden
Laid to lawn with lovely, attractive shrubbery and large patio, all very securely fenced with a solid fence of approx 6ft all round. The garden is totally dog proof and very safe for potential escapees, as the only way out of the garden is through the cottage itself. There are no side gates to worry about! The patio area features a wonderful dining set and parasol, with very comfortable seating - an ideal spot for a light breakfast or morning coffee.

The Cottage is approached on the sweeping gravel drive off a lovely, quiet lane and offers the ultimate in convenient unpacking right up to the front door.
Nestled in the picturesque, Norfolk village of Trunch, Ha'penny Cottage is situated on a lovely quiet road, only a 2 minute stroll to the dog-friendly 'Crown' village pub where a warm welcome, great food and drinks await!
The very special location of Trunch can't be bettered, it is fabulous for everything from walks, beaches, supermarkets and of-course the aforementioned village pub!
Visitors here will not be short of walks - there are lots of walks from the door, circular strolls, the dog friendly blue flag Mundesley beach is just 5 minutes drive away, the huge space of Bacton Woods is only minutes away too. In addition, the amazing National Trust properties - Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are each just 15 minutes away. For those all important supermarket shops, Waitrose and Sainsburys are literally just a few minutes drive.
