"Breakfast is so bad - how can one serve powdered eggs this day and age, there is no fresh brewed coffee but instead some dark liquid coming from „coffee machine”?"

"The location is very convenient right off the highway. But, the check in took too long. The room door was stuck on the carpet which was coming up and I could hardly get it open or closed. The bathroom floor was so sticky when I walked into it that I wiped it up with a washcloth just so that my socks would not get dirty. The bed seemed clean and well-made, but I wondered, given how dirty the bathroom floor was, how bad the carpet might be. I needed a place to sleep, the bed was comfortable and so I stayed. I left a note at the desk with a very nice young man (much more friendly and accommodating than the man who helped the Check in the night before) and he took notes, apologized, and said he would report about the dirty bathroom floor and the carpet coming up at the doorway, I would not stay there again."

"We were able to get coffee right after checking into the hotel. This was a plus for my husband. Shortly after checking in, someone attempted to walk into our room. They apologized but it shouldn't have happened. We noticed that the light as you step into the room was not working. The breakfast was very good and fresh. We will probably stay again."

"Room was clean but the phone was not connected and did not have a place to connect; bed squeakly badly with every small movement, TV constantly was buffering - couldn't enjoy watching anything, shower faucet/shower head were very old and disgusting and breakfast only had sausage - no eggs or potatoes. Bar attached had very slow service."

"Overall really bad experience. I paid the deposit, went to the room, the bed had stains all over it. Came back down and said I wasn’t going to stay there and they wouldn’t give me my money back. I am still trying to get it back."

"Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend Spring Hills at Marriott in Monroeville Pittsburg. "
